In the wake of constant expansion and removal of Alpha & Leader's offices in various places, new talents joined Alpha & Leader in a steady stream. To enable every new staff to better savor our corporate culture, Alpha & Leader will provide training for every team this year, aiming to strengthen team cohesion.
In early August, our non-litigation negotiating team visited Xiamen to carry out training. Our legal experts summarized and shared their experience and typical case studies for debt collection over past years with our colleagues attended.
This training also comprised a fantastic debate competition, where employees debated in group on topics related to debt collection. Finally upon Judges' discussion, the following 5 colleagues won the top five awards in the debate tournament, among which Alex Zheng has been awarded the title of Best Debater.
