Key Responsibilities
Serve a portfolio of corporate clients in providing China related legal services and credit management related products such as due diligence, credit report, big data analytical services and debt recovery services
Follow up prospects acquainted through Corporate Planning Events such as seminars and conference
*Conduct sales presentations and other related activities
*Serve as representative in industry associations
*Be able to serve as bridges between clients and our attorneys in China
*Need to work closely with our Corporate Planning Team
Requirements
*Fresh Graduates are welcome. We provide structure orientation and training program for inexperience candidate
*Candidates with more experience will be considered as Key Account Manager
*University degree holder in commerce, law or business related capacity
*English and Mandarin speaking must. Preferably can also speak Cantonese

We are currently seeking to hire a Officer Grade staff in our debt collection (less experience staff will be considered for our Trainee position) to join our dynamic, developing team in Singapore. Successful candidates will work closely with our Head of Dispute Resolution and Asset Disposal Division in Hong Kong to assist our clients to resolve commercial dispute and recover overdue account receivables.

Report progress of cases to clients in written format
Requirements:
Strong self-motivation, detail-oriented, independent and able to work under pressure

Good command of spoken English/Chinese or Malay
Proficient in PC knowledge including MS Office & Excel
