University–Industry Exchange: Guangzhou Huashang College’ Students Visited Alpha & Leader

Alpha & Leader, together with Altra Corporate Training, welcomed students and faculty from the International Relations (IR) and Credit Management Workshop of Guangzhou Huashang College for an exchange on August 26.

Mr. Kobe Wen, Training Manager at Altra Corporate Training, introduced the company’s development and core business before leading the group on a tour of various departments, giving students first-hand insight into corporate operations and careers in credit and risk management. During the sharing session, Mr. Feng Zi'an, Supervisor of Human Resources of Alpha & Leader, initiated a discussion on what makes a resume stand out to recruiters and the qualities that companies value when selecting interns. Ms. Fiona Li, Senior Manager of Corporate Planning, shared practical insights from her career experience in an engaging and interactive way that prompted active student participation. Two senior students currently interning at Alpha & Leader also shared their experiences of transitioning from university to the workplace, offering practical advice on internships and professional qualifications.
