A contract prior to trading protects interests of buyer and seller. However, legal systems in Mainland and Hong Kong differ in many ways. Therefore, we need to be aware of the differences when concluding and performing any contract regarding Mainland and Hong Kong trade. In this spirit, Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong invited Ms. Sandy Lu, Attorney at Law of Alpha & Leader to speak on Do's & Don'ts in Concluding and Performing Contracts in China, through case study and interaction with its members.
