From 7th to 9th November 2017, China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation Shandong Branch held the 4th International Trade Risk Forum successively in 3 cities: Yantai, Weifang and Jining. Mr. Bobby Rozario was invited as speaker.
At the forum, Mr. Rozario focused on Risk Prevention in Export to Hong Kong. He shared valuable experiences from successful cases handled by Alpha & Leader over the years. He offered various feasible countermeasures regarding contract drafting & signing, compliance with laws and regulations, authenticity of corporate stamp, valid stamp & signature. In addition, he introduced the art of negotiation, discussed risk response planning, and offered advices on risk prevention & control in accounts receivable collection.
