HKCCMA organized its first event out of Hong Kong. Mr. Stephen Lo who had served as HKCCMA Chairman from 2010 to 2013 and Fellow Member of the HKCCMA since 2001 shared his precious experiences on "How to be a successful Credit Manager in a Mulitnational Environment". Mr. Lo is the Vice President of Bayer MaterialScience heading its credit mananagement division for its Asia Pacific region. During the forum, he has shared his experience on the importance of knowing the culture, values and the inner secrets of getting support in a matrix organization through organizing efficient meetings and writing effective memos. Mr. Lo has been engaged in the credit industry specializing in credit risk evaluation and management since 1987 and had been served as the Head of Credit Services at Dun & Bradstreet Hong Kong in 1990's.
