The Regional Manager of Alpha & Leader, Mr. Richard Wong was invited by CTR for an In-House Training on "Accounts Receivable Management and Debt Collection Practice" again on April 6 of 2014. The participants were very active during the training. Especially in the Case-Study section, Richard Wong was interactive with all participants to deepen their understanding of account receivable processing. The staffs of CTR indicated this training is very useful to enhance their knowledge in daily processing of credit control management.
