On November 16, Ms. Lili Pan, Attorney at Law from Alpha & Leader, delivered a keynote speech at the Seminar on Amendment and Adjustment to China's Company Law, at the invitation of The Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies. Company law is bound up with a country's economic development. China's Company Law has been amended and adjusted for several times since its adoption in 1993. On the spot, Lili elaborated on background and objective of the amendment to China's Company Law. She also illustrated the latest amendment to China's Company Law and the differences between the old and new versions.
