Ms. Jane Lu was promoted to Manager of Business Development Division to head Alpha & Leader's business development team in Shandong. Characterized by high-level concentration of traditional manufacturing industries and large output, Shandong sees constant improvement in companies' risk control awareness and substantial demands for risk control products in recent years. Ms. Lu is pioneering with excellent execution skills. In the future, she will help Alpha & Leader tap into Shandong market following the strategy for deep penetration of targeted products. Jane will continue to report to Mr. Jerry Li, District Manager of Business Development Division, Greater North China.

Ms. Cathy Wang was promoted to Manager of Business Development Division to take charge of Alpha & Leader's key account sales affairs in Shanghai and lead the business development team in developing premium clients in the city. Shanghai is home to numerous foreign companies which have developed strong market risk control awareness and strict requirements on both functions and costs of new risk control products. Cathy has unique insights into market demands. Taking advantage of Alpha & Leader's existing domestic and overseas resources, she will focus on Shanghai free trade zone economy, promote Alpha & Leader's advanced and effective risk control products, and actively interact with companies to seek sustainable and friendly cooperation. Cathy will continue to report to Ms. Jojo Li, Manager of Business Development Division, Greater East China.

Mr. Alex Zheng was promoted to Manager of Dispute Resolution & Asset Disposal to lead Alpha & Leader's dispute resolution team in North China (Beijing and Qingdao). There are multiple large-scale and heavy-duty companies located in North China, with rich client bases, sophisticated national business network and tremendous legal demands. Alex is dedicated with impressive communication skills. On one hand, Alex will keep enhancing dispute resolution skills and case-handling capacity of his team in Beijing by virtue of his experience to achieve sustainable benefits. On the other hand, he will lead Alpha & Leader's dispute resolution team in Qingdao in promoting legal awareness of local companies, safeguarding companies' legitimate rights and interests and minimizing risks and losses. Alex will continue to report to Mr. David Huang, Senior Manager of Dispute Resolution & Asset Disposal, North and South China.

Mr. Martin Ye was promoted to Manager of Dispute Resolution & Asset Disposal to manage Alpha & Leader's dispute resolution operations in Zhejiang and neighboring regions. As diversified traditional manufacturing industries and processing industries boom in Zhejiang, debt disputes frequently arise from transactions. Martin is veteran and dedicated, providing targeted solutions for companies with his profound legal knowledge and abundant negotiation skills. In debt collection, Martin and his team will strive to yield the best outcome for clients in Zhejiang by applying the most effective approaches. He will continue to report to Mr. Anson Huang, Senior Manager of Dispute Resolution & Asset Disposal, East and West China.
