China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation Shaanxi Branch organized a seminar on how to explore emerging markets, seize opportunities and face challenges, on December 4 in Xi'an City, Shannxi Province. Mr. Ma Bingnan, Attorney at Law and Deputy Head of Corporate Compliance and Legal Division of Alpha & Leader was invited to the event. As speaker of the seminar, Mr. Ma answered legal questions of business representatives on international market exploration.
On the spot, Mr. Ma elaborated on legal risk prevention and control in international trade contracts, including dos and don'ts of signing and fulfilling contracts, choice of non-litigation mediation or litigation proceedings, and pre-litigation preparation. Mr. Ma's speech has provided practical guidance for companies to avoid risks in exploring international markets.
