Mr. Bobby R. Rozario, Principal of Alpha & Leader Law Firm in China and Managing Director of Alpha & Leader Risks and Assets Management Co. Ltd. in Hong Kong. He is the current Chairman of the Hong Kong Credit and Collection Management Association, Master Credit Executive of ACA International in USA and Panel Advisor to Creditguru Inc. in Toronto, Canada.

He has over thirty years of experience in the area of risk management, receivable management, debt recovery and risk consulting. He graduated from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada and received his Honorary Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1987. He started off his career in a world renowned information services provider and worked in its debt recovery function in Hong Kong and Toronto, Canada. Prior to joining us in 1998, he worked in a public listed group in Hong Kong as Senior Manager for its Group Strategic Planning Division and started to develop his career and connections in China. His role then included representing the group in dealing with major fund investors, formulating development plans for the group and lobbying with government officials. Since 2002 Mr. Rozario has been focusing on managing projects in disposing of non-performing loans and distressed assets in China. He had co-authored three series of publications: "The Essential Guide of Credit and Collection Management" published in 2000, 2002 and 2011. He had performed as speaker on risk management related topics for various chambers of commerce, industry associations in China, Asian countries and Canada.
