Ms. Jane Lu acts as District Manager of Alpha & Leader's Business Development Division in Shandong and Hubei provinces. She is responsible for developing Shandong, Liaoning, and Hubei markets and supervising the business development teams in Qingdao and Wuhan regions.

Ms. Jane Lu graduated from North China Institute of Science and Technology. Jane joined Alpha & Leader in July 2014 as Business Development Specialist for North China market and was promoted to Senior Business Development Specialist in January, 2017. In September 2017, she was assigned from Beijing to Qingdao Branch to supervise Alpha & Leader's business development operations in Shandong market. Jane was further promoted to Assistant Manager of Business Development Division in Shandong in January, 2018 and to District Manager in April, 2022. In early 2024, she was assigned the important task of exploiting markets in Hubei province and leading sales team in Wuhan.
