Mr. Ma Bingnan, Attorney at Law, is the Head of Corporate Compliance and Legal Division of Alpha & Leader. He manages market compliance operations in mainland China, leads his team and upgrades existing legal practice.

Mr. Ma received his bachelor's degree in law from Heilongjiang University. He later on earned his master's degree in civil and commercial laws from China University of Political Science and Law. Prior to joining Alpha & Leader, Mr. Ma successively worked at justice bureau, law firm and large-scale company in Beijing, where he was responsible for external and internal legal affairs, respectively.

Mr. Ma joined Alpha & Leader in March 2019. He is a dedicated, prudent and decisive legal practitioner with extensive experience in working with state-owned, private, foreign enterprises, banks, and handling corporate legal affairs.
