Alpha & Leader Annual Management Meeting 2022-2023: Collaborate for a Bright Future

Alpha & Leader held the long-awaited Annual Management Meeting 2022-2023 on March 20, 2023 in Foshan, Guangzhou. It brought together senior executives and responsible persons of each division to explore strategies for Alpha & Leader’s future development.

42 executives were divided into groups for debate and speech competitions. It was an opportunity for participants to think from others' perspective and enhance cooperation. Finally, the team led by Ms. Sunny Ren (District Manager of Business Development Division for West China), Ms. Jane Lu (District Manager of Business Development Division for Shandong), and Ms. Nicole Zou (Deputy Manager of Business Development Division for East China) won the Best Team Award.

This meeting demonstrates the significance Alpha & Leader places on team development. The high-performance management team will continue to lead Alpha & Leader to a prosperous future!
