Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) and Alpha & Leader jointly held Strategic Credit Management Workshop on May 10th and 12th.
At the workshop, Mr. Bobby Rozario answered HKMA members' questions about credit and risk management and presented skills of effective credit management. Mr. Bobby Rozario also shared techniques of effective asset tracing, debt collection and skip tracing, especially how to communicate with non-paying customers. HKMA members learned more about credit and risk management through the two-day informative workshop.
