On 23rd June, Alpha & Leader's Credit Salon was held at Ramada Pearl Hotel in Guangzhou. The theme of the Credit Salon was Negotiation Tactics and Case Study for Non-litigation Debt Collection. Mr. David Huang, Alpha & Leader's Senior Manager of Dispute Resolution & Asset Disposal, introduced the negotiation mindset for non-litigation debt collection and dissected each case in 4 steps: Thinking Ahead, Analysis, Finding Vulnerability, and Formulating a Plan. Mr. David Huang also elaborated how to handle tricky situations in non-litigation debtor collection.
