As Hong Kong and Chinese mainland are getting closer in economic cooperation, Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) has been closely monitoring the dynamics concerning litigation under mainland jurisdiction. Ms. Sandy Lu, Attorney at Law of Alpha & Leader, was invited as speaker of a seminar on "Deciphering Chinese litigation" to help FHKI members learn more about litigation in mainland. At the seminar, Sandy spoke on trade risks between Hong Kong and Chinese mainland, and possible problems of litigation under mainland jurisdiction.
