On September 26, Alpha & Leader and Dongguan City Association of Enterprise with Foreign Investment co-organized a themed seminar on accounts receivable management. The seminar aims to point out potential risks latent in sales on credit, and to highlight the significance of receivables management in reducing bad debt risk. As speaker of the seminar, Mr. David Huang, Attorney at Law of Alpha & Leader, delivered a thought-provoking speech on "Negotiation Tactics and Case Study for Non-litigation Debt Collection". David has introduced basic principles for collecting debts. He has also shared his own experience with business representatives on the spot to shed light on practical skills for negotiation during non-litigation collection.
