Alpha & Leader Held 2018 Annual Management Meeting in Pattaya, Thailand

Alpha & Leader held its 2018 Annual Management Meeting in Pattaya, Thailand from January 25 to 27, 2019. This year management meeting separates into three parts including: Presentation of 2018 results and 2019 work plan, Award Presentation and a special program on "Evening Dress Contest".

Highlights of Part 1: Presentation of 2018 Results and 2019 Work Plan

Regional General Manager, Mr. Patrick Lam reviewed operating results in 2018. New corporate structure and budget for 2019 were put forward at the Meeting. Division Managers and Team Leaders presented 2018 accomplishment and work plan for 2019. Managing Director, Mr. Bobby Rozario, made an inspirational speech as closing remarks of the annual meeting.

Highlights of Part 2: Award Presentation

This year, Alpha & Leader presented awards to employees who have been serving Alpha & Leader for ten years and twenty years in grateful appreciation of their loyalty and dedication.

After thorough evaluation, Alpha & Leader presented Distinguish Contribution Award and Annual Excellence Award to employees with outstanding performance in 2018 as recognition of their dedication.

Highlights of Part 3: Evening Wear Contest

Evening Wear Contest brought this Meeting to a grand finale. Alpha & Leader values diversity, creativity and inclusiveness. The contest provided a unique opportunity for management members to showcase their personality and confidence. After online voting by all employees of Alpha & Leader, the best dressed lady and man were announced.
