The two-day "Strategic Credit Management Workshop" jointly hosted by Alpha & Leader and Hong Kong Management Association is kicked off today. The Workshop is designed specifically for entrepreneurs, business owners, credit and finance managers who want to make credit control a more effective and efficient task in its operation. Workshop leaders answered participants' questions in credit and risk management, teaching them approaches of mastering skills for effective credit management and techniques of a true credit practitioner. Benefiting from the Workshop, participants learned the simple, proven concepts and techniques that will increase cash flow, saying that although it is a charging workshop requires signing up and admission fee, it is well worth their participation.
