On July 20, 2021, Alpha & Leader presented a webinar on “Introduction to Bankruptcy Law of Chinese Mainland”. The webinar was addressed by Mr. Hines Huang, Attorney at Law, now serves as Deputy Head of Dispute Resolution & Asset Disposal Function in Alpha & Leader. He gave a detailed explanation on the ruling and enforcement of bankruptcy cases in Chinese mainland, as well as impact of bankruptcy law on creditors and debtors.
