Falling on the 16th of the 12th lunar month, Weiya is a traditional annual celebration for people to offer various sacrifices to gods. It is also an occasion for employers to treat their staff to a banquet (also known as year-end dinner) to thank them for their hard work throughout the year. Alpha & Leader is no exception. Every year, all regional offices of Alpha & Leader hold year-end dinners before Chinese New Year to bid farewell to the old year and welcome the new year. All staff had a good time at heart-warming year-end dinners featuring lively games, lucky draw and delicacies.
