Mr. Lam, General Manager for China Mainland, China Hong Kong and Singapore, is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Credit and Collection Management Association (HKCCMA) and winner of HKCCMA's 2019 Credit Management Excellent Award (CMEA). He has dedicated almost 30 years to credit & collection and distressed asset management. His experience lies in dealing with high volume credit and collection operations.

Mr. Lam started off as a Risk Management Officer in a world-renowned credit service company in 1987, mainly responsible for handling non-litigation collection cases for Hong Kong and overseas clients. He then joined a multinational logistics company as a credit manager, running a team for accounts receivable management and litigation analysis. He also designed and developed credit management systems for credit departments to better manage accounts receivable.

Mr. Lam started off as International Operations Manager in our company in 1998. He created a cross-regional service network through our world-wide associates, which facilitates us to fully serve our clients in all outbound and inbound cases regarding accounts receivable collection and litigation. Since 2006, he has been working as Regional General Manager in our company, heading Dispute Resolution & Asset Disposal Team and Due Diligence & Analysis Team based in Mainland China and Hong Kong. Now, he is piloting several major projects of customized services including debt collection and due diligence for commercial insurance corporations.
