Alpha & Leader Organized Seminar in Chengdu

On November 12 in Chengdu, Alpha & Leader organized a Corporate Credit Management Seminar in association with Sichuan Machinery Equipment Information, Sichuan Water Pollution Control Service Association, Chengdu Enterprise Association and Chengdu Electronic Industry Association. As speaker, Mr. David Huang is Attorney at Law from Alpha & Leader with decade-long experience in dispute resolution. On the spot, David gave keynote presentation on negotiation tactics for non-litigation debt collection and shared his practical experience.

At the seminar, David elaborated on recovery of overdue receivables from various perspectives, such as ways to identify ultimate debtors, problems currently facing businesses during debt collection, skills and strategies for dispute negotiation and case studies. The seminar aims to help member companies mitigate losses caused by delinquencies and bad debts and make the most of cash flows by non-litigation negotiation.
